StepUp Physio – Our Fees

At StepUp Physio, we are committed to providing transparent and affordable physiotherapy services. Whether your treatment is covered by ACC or you're paying privately, here's what you can expect:

ACC-Covered Appointments

ACC (Accident Compensation Corporation) provides coverage for injuries resulting from accidents. These may include:

Twisting or straining muscles

Lifting injuries

Sports-related injuries

Falls or trips injuries

Motor vehicle accidents

"ACC only partially funds physiotherapy treatments, and a surcharge applies to each appointment. We can lodge your ACC claim during your initial appointment — no referral is needed."

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 12 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations within 12 hours or missed appointments will incur a $40 fee.
